Two of the latest Indiana polls have Barack Obama ahead
Two polls one by the Downs Center and one by LA Times/Bloomberg (PDF) have Obama ahead by 5 points. The tide has certainly shifted and the momentum is in Senator Obama’s favor. With the Pennsylvania primary only days away a win there could mean the end of this democratic battle. But a strong showing in Pennsylvania and wins in North Carolina and Indiana could be the deciding factor to this long, drawn out match.
Now is not the time to rest on our laurels. We need to get out and keep the facts in front of voters about Barack Obama. We saw the backlash after the ABC debate last Wednesday. Citizens are fed up with this type of politics. We want talk about the issues that actually impact our lives, our jobs, our wallets and our families.

In terms of the presidential election:
One in 6 women and one in 10 men who reach age 55 can expect to develop Alzheimer’s.
Annually, $148 billion goes towards the direct and indirect costs of Alzheimer’s Care to the government and businesses in the United States.
Senators Clinton, McCain, and Obama must address this medical and fiscal epidemic. It’s up to us to ask them how, and ask them now.
